Delivery times

Orders within Ireland: Standard turnaround time for decorated garments is 7-10 working days from when you have approved your art mock up and we have your garments in house. We can turn things around sooner if needed and sometimes this can incur an additional cost. For garments which do not require decoration we can usually deliver within 2-3 working days of receipt of order.

International shipments (deliveries outside of Ireland): Please contact [email protected] for more accurate deliveries times specific to your needs.

Delivery cost

We charge a flat fee of €10 (ex-VAT) for all orders within Ireland. Please contact [email protected] if the shipping destination is outside of Ireland for more accurate shipping costs.

Lead times

Production begins once any art proofs have been approved and we have your garments in house. Changes made once production begins may result in additional charges. For example, if you have approved a screen print proof and you decide to change the size, we would need to re-make new screens with the new size of art.

Delivery partners

We use  DPD and UPS for Irish as well as international shipments.


You can also collect your order from our premises- Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin, D11 AHK5 .


Returns policy

All goods for return or refund must be sent directly to Promowear Ltd. Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 AHK5 with a completed returns form.

1. Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have not requested a return within  14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and won't authorise a return.

2. If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.

3. You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.

4. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty or the wrong items were received.

Please note, items must be returned in an unworn and acceptable condition.

Products we’re unable to accept back

Regretfully, as our customised items are bespoke, we cannot accept the return of customised items.

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds.

If your item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer support team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.

How to make a return

1. Contact our Customer Services team by calling 01-8647350 or by e-mailing to [email protected]. Please have your order number ready with you so that we can access your account faster.

2. Download and complete the returns form.

3. Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.

4. Now leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note on your account. We aim to complete any refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
