Artwork and Branding

9 questions

Vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF or .CDR) produces the best results for both embroidery and printing. If you are unsure what you have, simply send it to us and we will check it for you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer branding or graphic design services. We can supply basic text requirements if needed. If your artwork is not suitable for printing, we can redraw your logo for an additional fee.
In many cases, yes. If the file is not suitable for production, we can professionally redraw it into vector format for a one-off artwork charge.
A vector file is created using lines and curves rather than pixels, allowing it to be resized without losing quality. It is the preferred format for professional branding.
Yes. If your logo needs to be converted into a production-ready vector file, our standard artwork charge is EUR 35.
Yes. Before production begins, we will send you an artwork proof showing the logo position, size and colours. Production only starts once you have approved it.
Where possible, yes. We will match your brand colours as closely as the chosen decoration method allows.
The maximum size depends on the garment and decoration method. We will always recommend a size that looks professional and reproduces well.
Popular positions include the left chest, right chest, sleeves, back and caps. We will advise on the best location for your garments.
Yes. Our DTF printing process allows us to reproduce vibrant full-colour logos with excellent detail.

We offer Good, Better and Best options to suit every budget. Tell us about your industry and how the garments will be used, and we will recommend the most suitable choice.
Premium garments generally offer better comfort, durability, colour retention and overall appearance, making them a better long-term investment for many businesses.

Embroidery and Printing

9 questions

It depends on your logo and the garment. Embroidery offers a premium stitched finish that is ideal for polos, jackets and fleeces, while DTF printing is perfect for detailed, colourful logos and larger designs. If you are unsure, we will recommend the best option.
Embroidery uses thread rather than ink, so there are physical limitations. Very small text and fine lines may need to be enlarged or simplified to achieve a clean, professional finish.
Not always. Some logos contain very fine detail or tiny text that is better suited to DTF printing. We will always advise on the method that gives the best result.
Minor adjustments can improve the clarity and durability of embroidery without changing your brand identity.
Embroidery creates a premium stitched finish with excellent durability, while DTF printing reproduces fine detail, gradients and unlimited colours.
Yes, many waterproof jackets can be embroidered. However, garment construction can affect logo placement, and we will advise on the most suitable option.
Embroidery is ideal for polos, shirts, fleeces, softshell jackets, caps and premium corporate clothing.
DTF printing is ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear and garments featuring detailed or full-colour artwork.
Yes. Many customers choose embroidery on the chest and a printed logo on the back for the best combination of appearance and value.

Returns and Aftercare

16 questions

Branded garments are customised specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. Plain (unbranded) garments may be returned or exchanged provided they are unworn, in their original condition and returned in accordance with our returns policy.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. Any shortages, missing items or discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate and put things right as quickly as possible.
While every effort is made to ensure your order is accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution if an error has occurred.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please let the courier know where possible and contact us immediately. We may ask for photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
Plain garments may be exchanged if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Branded garments cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.
Orders can usually be amended before production begins. Once production has started or garments have been decorated, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you believe a garment has developed a manufacturing fault, contact us as soon as the issue is identified. We will assess the fault and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Yes. If there is a genuine fault with the embroidery or print resulting from our production process, we will investigate it promptly and put things right.
Follow the care label, wash inside out where possible, use the recommended wash temperature and avoid excessive heat. Air drying will help preserve the appearance of the embroidery.
Wash printed garments inside out using the recommended wash temperature. Do not bleach unless permitted by the care label. If ironing is required, always iron the garment inside out and never iron directly onto the printed design. Avoid excessive tumble drying.
Some garments, particularly those containing natural fibres such as cotton, may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash. Following the care instructions and avoiding excessive tumble drying will minimise shrinkage.
With the correct care, quality garments with professional embroidery or DTF printing are designed to withstand regular commercial use and frequent laundering for a long service life.
All garments will naturally show signs of wear over time, especially with frequent washing. Following the care instructions will help keep both the garment and decoration looking their best.
This depends on the working environment and frequency of use. Many businesses review their uniforms annually, while garments used in demanding environments may need replacing more frequently.
No. Professional embroidery does not damage garments when applied correctly. We use the correct stabilisers, backing materials and embroidery techniques to maintain the integrity of the garment.
