SPECIFICATION
Conforms to EN14116 Index 1 for limited igniting flames and EN ISO20471 Class 2 high visibility; 100% polyester flame retardant treated fabric. 2 band and braces reflective tapes around the body and over shoulders. Front hook and loop fastening closure. Do not wear next to skin. It is is intended to protect workers against occasional and brief contact with small igniting flames, in circumstances where there is no significant heat hazard and without the presence of another type of heat and recommended to be worn over EN14116 index 2 or 3 garments.
Washing Instructions
Maximum washing temperature 40ºC; Normal process and wash as synthetics. No bleaching allowed. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry or wring. Do not dry clean, cold rinse and short spin. No professional dry cleaning in perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons. Do not wash in biological powder. 25 max. wash cycle.
Delivery:
Orders within Ireland: Standard turnaround time for decorated garments is 7-14 working days from when you have approved your art mock up and we have your garments in house. We can turn things around sooner if needed and sometimes this can incur an additional cost. For garments which do not require decoration we can usually deliver within 2-3 working days of receipt of order.
International shipments (deliveries outside of Ireland): Please contact [email protected] for more accurate deliveries times specific to your needs.
Delivery cost
We charge a flat fee of €10 (ex-VAT) for all orders within Ireland. Please contact [email protected] if the shipping destination is outside of Ireland for more accurate shipping costs.
Lead times
Production begins once any art proofs have been approved and we have your garments in house. Changes made once production begins may result in additional charges. For example, if you have approved a screen print proof and you decide to change the size, we would need to re-make new screens with the new size of art.
Delivery partners
We use DPD and UPS for Irish as well as international shipments.
Returns Policy:
All goods for return or refund must be sent directly to Promowear Ltd. Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 AHK5 with a completed returns form.
- Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and won't authorise a return.
- If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
- You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty or the wrong items were received.
Please note, items must be returned in an unworn and acceptable condition.
Products we’re unable to accept back
Regretfully, as our customised items are bespoke, we cannot accept the return of customised items.
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds.
If your item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer support team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.
