How Our Embroidery Process Works
Submit Your Artwork
Upload your logo in any format — AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, or JPG. Our team will assess and advise if any artwork preparation is needed.
Digitisation — One-Off €35 Charge
Our specialist team uses professional software to convert (digitise) your artwork into a format our embroidery machines can read. This one-off €35 charge covers all future orders — once digitised, your file is stored permanently on our system.
Digital Proof & Swatch Approval
We send you a digital mock-up and, where relevant, an embroidery thread swatch for your approval. We will never produce your order without your explicit sign-off.
In-House Production
Your garments are embroidered on-site in our Dublin facility using industrial multi-head embroidery machines. Every item is quality-checked individually before dispatch.
Delivery & Easy Reordering
Dispatched to your door within 3–5 working days of proof approval. Your digitised artwork is permanently saved — repeat orders skip the €35 setup, making reordering faster and more economical.

Embroidery has different requirements to print — it's a physical, stitched process rather than an ink-based one. Here's what makes a design embroidery-ready.

Every design is digitised, regardless of format
Unlike print, embroidery always requires your file to be converted into a stitch file by our team — this is the €35 digitisation charge, a one-off cost per design.
Avoid very small text or fine detail
Thread has a minimum practical stitch width. Text below roughly 5-6mm tall or very fine linework may not embroider cleanly — we'll flag this and suggest an alternative.
Thread colours are matched, not identical
Embroidery thread comes in a fixed colour range. We match your artwork or Pantone reference to the closest available thread and confirm on your digital proof.
Solid blocks of colour stitch best
Gradients and photographic detail don't translate well to thread. Bold, simplified logos with clear colour blocks produce the strongest embroidered result.
