Get a Quotation for DecorationMulti-purpose use. Breathable fabric. Machine washable/non iron. Seam free for comfort. Please note, the print area needs to be considered. Whilst you can print the whole piece of material, the way you wear the product means you may wish to mark your print area out only. Cover the whole product with Teflon whilst printing. Can be Transfer Printed, HTV Printed, Printable Media, sublimated (Whites). Whilst these products can be printed with a vast array of HTV and printable medias we recommend the following products. RF015 Universal HTV at 130 degrees for 5 seconds - MT107/117 123 HTC for 120 degrees for 8 seconds - RF025 Universal Printable Media at 130 degrees for 5 seconds - The Magic Touch wow transfer paper or Tone on light colours - Sublimation (cover the whole mask with sub paper and press around 190 for 1 minute.)(Light Colours Only). Higher temperatures may cause heat warping and marks where the transfer has been pressed. BSCI certified. Reach certified.

Delivery:
Orders within Ireland: Standard turnaround time for decorated garments is 7-14 working days from when you have approved your art mock up and we have your garments in house. We can turn things around sooner if needed and sometimes this can incur an additional cost. For garments which do not require decoration we can usually deliver within 2-3 working days of receipt of order.
International shipments (deliveries outside of Ireland): Please contact [email protected] for more accurate deliveries times specific to your needs.
Delivery cost
We charge a flat fee of €10 (ex-VAT) for all orders within Ireland. Please contact [email protected] if the shipping destination is outside of Ireland for more accurate shipping costs.
Lead times
Production begins once any art proofs have been approved and we have your garments in house. Changes made once production begins may result in additional charges. For example, if you have approved a screen print proof and you decide to change the size, we would need to re-make new screens with the new size of art.
Delivery partners
We use DPD and UPS for Irish as well as international shipments.
Returns Policy:
All goods for return or refund must be sent directly to Promowear Ltd. Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 AHK5 with a completed returns form.
- Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and won't authorise a return.
- If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
- You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty or the wrong items were received.
Please note, items must be returned in an unworn and acceptable condition.
Products we’re unable to accept back
Regretfully, as our customised items are bespoke, we cannot accept the return of customised items.
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds.
If your item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer support team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.
